UK Shipping
All UK orders get sent out either the day of purchase or the following day (excluding sunday of course) and they are sent as first class. This means most orders should be there the next day or the day after, however we ask that you wait a week and a half to 2 weeks before reporting that you haven't got your order.
Obviously we are completely wanting you to get your order fast and intact but when we pass it on to Royal Mail there are sometimes circumstances that stop your package going out as fast as possible so we ask you to be patient for the first week and a half. But them boys in Royal Mail are normally pretty darn on time so expect to get your order quick sharp :)
International Shipping
All international orders are sent as standard airmal, the best service we can provide with Royal Mail. This means that orders hopefully should arrive between 1-2 weeks but once again we do ask for you to wait around 3-4 weeks before you flag the issue with us as it is most probably a problem beyond our control, but after 3 - 4 weeks we are able to sort a replacement and make a claim with Royal Mail
